What should I do if my withdrawal was sent to the wrong user ID (UID)?
If you accidentally sent a withdrawal to the wrong user ID (UID) of another OKX user, please note that we can’t directly reverse or recover funds once they’ve been credited to another user’s account. However, there are steps you can take to try and resolve the situation:1. Verify the transaction details Double-check the UID entered during the withdrawal process.
