印度拟派油轮穿越霍尔木兹海峡，恢复中东能源进口
Odaily星球日报讯 印度计划派遣油轮通过霍尔木兹海峡，从中东装载能源货物。这将是伊朗冲突爆发以来的首次。知情人士称计划已敲定，待政府最终批准后即可执行。具体时间和运量尚未披露。一旦获得印度海军批准并接到炼油商订单，国有印度航运公司将重返波斯湾。
自 2 月底伊朗开战以来，霍尔木兹海峡航运几乎停滞。该海峡承载全球约五分之一石油流量，中断给印度等进口国带来严重冲击。目前尚不清楚实施封锁的伊朗或美国是否已为印度放行，其同意至关重要。上周，印度外长苏杰生在新德里金砖峰会期间会见了伊朗外长阿拉格齐。
知情人士称，印度希望继续从中东传统供应国进口能源，因为替代来源耗时更长、成本更高。(金十)
