Odaily星球日报讯 10x Research 在 X 平台发文分析表示，以太坊财库公司 Bitmine 在 2025 年 7 月至 2026 年 6 月的一年期间内通过 50 次 ATM 增发累计融资 192 亿美元，并购入 5,543,872 枚 ETH，约占以太坊流通供应量的 4.6%。
按当前价格计算，其持仓价值仅约 91 亿美元，较投入资金缩水约 101 亿美元，损失主要来自两方面：一是当前 ETH 价格已较 Bitmine 的加权平均购入成本下跌 52%；二是投资者在购买 Bitmine 股票时长期支付高于净资产价值（NAV）的溢价，累计多支付约 46 亿美元。
不过在当前市场环境下，Bitmine 似乎处于一种特殊状态：更像是一只低成本的 ETH 看涨期权，而非单纯的以太坊现货储备公司，其潜在期权价值或尚未被市场充分定价。在股价和资产价值大幅缩水后，投资者买入 Bitmine 所承担的风险已明显下降，一旦未来 ETH 价格、市场情绪或融资能力出现改善，投资者仍可能获得不对称收益，Bitmine 当前极度受损的资产负债表中可能隐藏着被市场低估的“期权价值”。
