BlockBeats 消息，6 月 10 日，据官方公告，Binance 宣布推出 bStocks，即 1:1 代币化美国股票。bStocks 由 Binance 集团关联公司 BTech Holdings Limited 发行，代表对相关底层证券的权益，并不代表直接持有底层上市公司股票或股份。
用户可将其在 Binance 直接股票交易平台持有的合资格股票，以 1:1 比例转换为对应 bStocks，也可再转换回直接股票仓位。该过程无锁定期、无持有期、无转换费用。bStocks 将在 Binance 现货市场 24/7 交易，并支持提现至自托管钱包，或在兼容 DeFi 协议中进行链上部署。用户可将 bStocks 提现至 Trust Wallet、Binance Wallet、硬件钱包或其他兼容地址。
bStocks 价格将通过预言机锚定底层股票价格，链上结算即时完成，赎回为直接股票仓位将在市场交易时间内进行。首批可交易 bStocks 包括 Micron（MUB）、Sandisk（SNDKB）、Circle（CRCLB）、NVIDIA（NVDAB）和 Tesla（TSLAB），后续将继续扩展支持标的及相关集成。
