此前 5 月 4 日，游戏驿站已主动提出以约 560 亿美元的价格收购美国在线交易平台 eBay。游戏驿站首席执行官科恩表示，公司已持有 eBay 约 5% 的股份，并提出以每股 125 美元的现金加股票方式收购。如果 eBay 不接受这一提议，科恩已准备好发起代理权争夺战，并将该提议直接提交给股东。
