智能戒指制造商Oura秘密递交美股IPO，最近一轮融资110亿美元
BlockBeats 消息，5 月 25 日，智能戒指制造商 Oura Health Oy 于 5 月 21 日正式向美国证券交易委员会秘密提交 S-1 注册声明草案，计划于年内晚些时候登陆美股市场，高盛和摩根大通将担任此次 IPO 的主承销商。
Ōura 于 2013 年创立于芬兰奥卢，三位联合创始人 Petteri Lahtela、Kari Kivelä和 Markku Koskela 均来自诺基亚与全球心率监测先驱 Polar 的研发腹地。
2025 年 10 月，公司完成由富达投资联合领投的 E 轮融资，筹资 8.75 亿美元，投后估值达到 110 亿美元。此前公司累计融资已超过 15 亿美元。
