渣打银行将收购旗下子公司 Zodia Custody 的加密托管业务
ChainCatcher 消息，据彭博社报道，渣打银行将收购其控股子公司 Zodia Custody 的加密资产托管业务，其非约束性收购要约已获 Zodia Custody 其他股东和票据持有人接受。渣打银行融资与证券服务全球主管 Margaret Harwood-Jones 表示，此次合并将为渣打在英国、澳大利亚等新市场开展加密托管服务铺路。
完成收购后，Zodia Custody 的基础设施业务将以独立软件即服务公司的形式继续运营，更名为 Zodia Solutions，由现任 CEO Julian Sawyer 领导，渣打风险投资部门将持有 Zodia Solutions 多数股权。Zodia Custody 现有股东包括北方信托、阿联酋国家银行、澳大利亚国民银行及 SBI Holdings，各方是否继续持股 Zodia Solutions 仍在协商中。
