韩国加密货币交易所 Flata 变更所有权，Focus AI 推进股份收购
深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 21 日，据 Bizwatch 报道，韩国加密货币交易所 Flata 正推进股权出售，BDAN 最大股东 Focus AI 据悉正就收购其代表理事 Kim Seokjin 所持股份进行最后协商。
Flata 前身为 2017 年成立的韩国数字交易所， 2020 年由 Kim Seokjin 接手后更名，并于 2021 年完成虚拟资产服务提供商（ VASP ）登记。由于未能与银行达成实名账户合作，Flata 已退出韩元市场，当前聚焦 USDT 市场。
报道称，此次交易旨在改善财务稳健性并推动公司正常化；若收购完成，Focus AI 计划整合加密货币、现实世界资产（ RWA ）及代币化证券等业务。最终交易仍需通过韩国金融情报分析院（ FIU ）大股东变更申报审查。
