BlockBeats 消息，5 月 26 日，据官方消息，WonderFi 于周一宣布，加拿大投资监管组织已批准 Robinhood 收购数字资产产品和服务公司 WonderFi。Robinhood 曾表示，这笔交易将有助于深化其提供可编程金融产品的能力。Robinhood 可访问、低成本且安全的平台将延续 WonderFi 的使命，让数百万加拿大人更容易进行加密交易。
WonderFi 的技术和产品，包括 Bitbuy 和 Coinsquare，与 Robinhood Crypto 高度契合，产品涵盖加密交易、质押和托管。该交易原定于去年下半年完成，但双方后将交割日期延长至今年 6 月 1 日，以便 Robinhood 有更多时间在加拿大部署其专有技术并获得监管批准。正如 PYMNTS 去年所报道，这笔交易紧随 Robinhood 2025 年收购加密交易所 Bitstamp 并与该收购相互关联。
