软银集团计划面向个人投资者发行约16亿美元债券
BlockBeats 消息，5 月 25 日，据彭博社报道，软银集团（SoftBank Group Corp.）计划通过再次发行以个人投资者为主要对象的次级债券筹集 2600 亿日元（约 16 亿美元），距离其上一次面向散户的债券发行仅过去约两个月。
根据公司周一披露的文件，这批债券期限为 35 年，并附带发行人可在 5 年后提前赎回的选择权。债券定价预计于 6 月 5 日进行，前五年的初始票面利率指导区间为 4.8% 至 5.6%。
