加密行业反驳沃伦指控，力挺 OCC 为稳定币公司发放银行特许权
ChainCatcher 消息，据 Decrypt 报道，数字商会（Digital Chamber）致函美国货币监理署（OCC）署长 Jonathan Gould，敦促其坚持为 Coinbase、Ripple、Circle 等加密公司颁发国家信托银行特许权的决定。
此前，参议员伊丽莎白·沃伦指控上述特许权审批违反《国家银行法》，并对美国银行体系的安全性构成威胁。数字商会对此反驳称，国会通过《GENIUS 法案》已实际授权 OCC 向稳定币业务扩展银行特许权，且获批公司均不接受 FDIC 承保的存款，不构成传统银行业务。
