美国CLARITY法案或催生“收益即服务”新赛道，推动AI驱动合规收益基础设施发展
Odaily星球日报讯 美国拟议中的加密市场结构法案《Clarity Act》或将催生加密行业“Yield-as-a-Service（收益即服务）”新市场，并推动行业从被动“持币生息”模式转向由 AI 驱动的合规收益基础设施。
目前争议核心在于法案第 404 条，该条款拟禁止数字资产服务提供商（DASP）仅因用户持有某种数字资产而直接提供收益。Vollono 认为，这意味着行业将从“Hold-to-Earn（持有即收益）”转向“Use-to-Earn（使用即收益）”，未来市场将更加依赖主动型、合规化收益策略。
STBL 首席商务官 Joe Vollono 表示，该法案可能推动 DeFi 基础设施、金库管理、抵押品管理、自动化资金管理、链上借贷及奖励系统等领域发展，而 AI 有望成为协调受监管资本流动的重要基础层。
现阶段，《Clarity Act》已通过美国参议院银行委员会审议，预计下一步将提交参议院全体审议，并与农业委员会版本进行整合。市场普遍认为，该法案有望首次为美国数字资产市场建立完整监管框架，明确 U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission 与 Commodity Futures Trading Commission 对数字资产的监管边界，从而为大型机构资金进入加密市场铺平道路。（CoinDesk）
