围绕霍尔木兹海峡这一全球能源通道,伊朗正将关注点从传统的石油运输扩展至另一条更隐蔽却同样关键的基础设施——海底通信电缆。铺设在海峡及波斯湾海域的这些线路,承担着欧洲、亚洲与中东之间绝大多数互联网与金融数据的传输任务,已成为全球数字体系的重要支撑。
伊朗方面近期释放出一系列信号,试图将对该海域的地理控制转化为新的经济与战略筹码。德黑兰不仅讨论向使用这些电缆的跨国科技企业收费,还通过官方关联渠道暗示,若相关方拒绝配合,数据传输可能面临干扰风险。(金十)
