该行政令在当前版本中旨在加强先进 AI 模型周边的网络安全，并概述了一个自愿框架计划，要求 AI 开发者在发布新模型时通知政府。如果该计划按预期实施，白宫将兑现其应对 AI 安全问题的承诺。(金十)
