知情人士称，创始人可能自掏腰包补足差额，并计划与新投资方在中国设立合资公司，随后在香港申请上市。目前谈判仍处早期阶段，尚存多项障碍，包括如何从 Meta 系统中剥离已深度整合的 Manus 技术和团队，以及交易结构的具体安排等。
