SpaceX IPO前夕曝出200亿美元关联交易争议，马斯克好友或借IPO跻身全球富豪榜前列
BlockBeats 消息，5 月 25 日，SpaceX IPO 前夕曝出关联交易争议，马斯克好友 Antonio Gracias 旗下 Valor Equity 持有超 7.3% SpaceX 股份，按目标估值计算价值或达 900 亿至 1400 亿美元。
与此同时，SpaceX 披露其与 Valor 签署约 200 亿美元 GPU 租赁协议，由 xAI 子公司租赁 AI 基础设施硬件，且由 SpaceX 提供付款担保。PwC 则认定该交易本质更接近贷款而非正常租赁，并要求将约 90 亿美元相关债务计入 SpaceX 资产负债表。
多位公司治理专家批评该交易缺乏「公平交易」披露，质疑其存在关联方利益输送风险。报道称，纳斯达克新规还可能推动 SpaceX 上市后快速纳入纳指体系，预计带来最高 600 亿美元被动资金买盘。
