GameStop 寻求增加授权股份数，继续追求收购 eBay
ChainCatcher 消息，据 Decrypt 报道，上市视频游戏和收藏品零售商 GameStop（GME）向 SEC 提交文件，请求股东批准将授权普通股数量从目前的 10 亿股增加至 25 亿股，以提升财务灵活性。
该提案是将于 7 月举行的年度股东大会上进行表决的五项提案之一。此举可能会为该公司收购 eBay 提供更多筹码，此前该公司曾遭到拒绝。
