欧盟拟对谷歌开出 DMA 史上最大罚单，金额或达数亿欧元
深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 26 日，据路透社报道，德国《商报》（Handelsblatt）援引欧盟委员会消息人士称，欧盟计划对 Alphabet 旗下谷歌处以高三位数百万欧元罚款，这将是欧盟依据《数字市场法案》（DMA）开出的最大罚单，预计在夏季休假前正式宣布。
此次调查于 2025年 3 月正式启动，核心指控为谷歌在搜索结果中优先推广自身服务，违反 DMA 相关规定。欧盟委员会表示，其首要目标是推动谷歌合规，而非单纯追求罚款，但强调不会在推进后续步骤上有所迟疑。谷歌方面则批评 DMA 规定对其搜索产品造成"史上最大降级"，并表示希望尽快解决争议。
